Leading At The Next Level: Coaching, Post-Christian Courses, Doctorate

  • Are you looking to move your leadership to the next level?
  • Are you hoping to catalyze a more effective effort in loving, serving, and influencing your city?

Contact me at eric@ericbryant.org if you are interested in one of the these three opportunities:

Doctorate of Ministry in Missional Effectiveness

Also known as a D.Min. in Global Leadership begins in San Diego in Feb. 2017!

Along with preparation and writing a thesis, the courses include:

  • An Overview of Missional Ministry
  • Missional Innovation
  • Missional Contextualization
  • Personal Well Being and Effectiveness
  • Leading a Missional Organization

“Masters work studies the best material in your area of interest whereas doctoral work is writing material for others to study.” – Dr. Justin Irving

Residency Program at Gateway Church in Austin

A 360 degrees view of leadership in 365 days.

*Cultivate Church Planting

One-on-one coaching for church planters and campus pastors to catalyze and launch a healthy, vibrant, and missional local church. Be sure to let Gateway Leaders know if you’d like for me to be your coach.

*Post-Christian Ministry

Courses offered for pastors and church leaders. The first of three different courses making up the Certificate in Post-Christian Ministry begin in spring 2015 in Austin.

*Once completed, Cultivate and the Certificate in Post-Christian Ministry courses can count as 9 hours of electives towards a Masters at Bethel Seminary (a $4500 value). Two options which do not require moving to San Diego or St. Paul/Minneapolis:

In all of these experiences, you will have access to effective practitioners in places like Austin, Los Angeles, Houston, Denver, the Pacific Northwest, the East Coast, and overseas.

The type of intentional investment in your leadership helped me in the following ways:
  • An intentional time for learning. Our staff gave me the space to do the very things I didn’t seem to have time to do before the program began.
  • An immediate opportunity for application. Every project was something I was already needing to accomplish.
